PS-6 Access Agreements

Description​

The university completes appropriate signed access agreements for individuals requiring access to university information and information resources before authorizing access.

Applicability​

  • This Control applies to the Chief Information Officer.

Implementation​

  • 1It is the responsibility of the Chief Information Officer, to:

    • 1.1Develop and document access agreement(s) for university information resources;

    • 1.2Review and update the access agreement(s) annually;

    • 1.3Ensure that individuals requiring access to university information and information resources sign appropriate access agreement(s) prior to being granted access; and

    • 1.4Re-sign access agreement(s) to maintain access to university information resources at least every four years.
