PS-3 Personnel Screening

Description​

The university screens individuals, to authenticate identity, before authorizing access to university information resources.

Applicability​

  • This Control applies to all information resource owners and unit managers.

Implementation​

  • 1It is the responsibility of the information resource owner or manager, in conjunction with Human Resources, to:

    • 1.1Screen individuals prior to authorizing access to university information resources; and
    • 1.2Rescreen individuals according to the unit’s human resource policies.
