CM-8 Information System Component Inventory

Description​

The university has an inventory of information resource components and a process to keep the information current.

Applicability​

  • The intended audience includes information resource owners and custodians; and pertains to information resources considered moderate or high impact.

Implementation​

  • 1The information resource owner, or designee, shall:

    • 1.1Develop and document an inventory of components that are employed in moderate or high impact information resources.
    • 1.2Review and update the information resource component inventory annually.
