CP-3 Contingency Training

Description​

The University trains personnel in their contingency roles and responsibilities for high and moderate impact information resource and provides periodic refresher training.

Applicability​

  • This control applies to information resource owners or designees who are responsible for high or moderate impact information resources.

Implementation​

  • 1 - The information resource owner or designee shall ensure training is available to staff in support of their roles and responsibilities related to the contingency plan.

  • 2 - The information resource owner or designee shall assign training, as described in Section 1:

    • 2.1 - When staff assume a role or responsibility related to a contingency plan; or
    • 2.2 - As may be required by significant information resource configuration changes.
