In collaboration with the Division of Human Resources, the A&M System Workday Services team, and the A&M System Enterprise Data Warehouse team, Identity Security receives detailed data about all employees from across the Texas A&M System.
Data Corrections
Since this data is merged into a single stream from multiple upstream partners, oftentimes it's not immediately clear why a specific attribute is set to a particular value (especially with someone's department).
We have worked diligently to establish consistent points of contact with our partners for data corrections over the past year, and can now facilitate most requests for changes upstream when accuracy is an issue.
Not all data correction requires action by an IT professional. If the value is editable in Workday in a self-service manner, we may ask that a customer correct the data themselves.
